General Car Rental Conditions

These general conditions explain the standard booking process. Vehicle-specific conditions and the signed rental agreement prevail when they differ.

1. Driver and documents

For all our vehicles, the driver must be at least 24 years old and have held a valid driving licence for at least 4 years. A passport or identity document and the original driving licence are required.

2. Price and security deposit

The total rental price is calculated from the selected pick-up and return date and time. Daily extras are calculated for each rental day. The security deposit depends on the vehicle category and is shown before the booking request.

3. Pick-up and return

Our delivery points are Trabzon Airport and Akcaabat. Pick-up and return are planned around the confirmed flight and handover time. Delays or flight changes should be reported as soon as possible.

4. Mileage and use

The standard allowance is 400 kilometres per day unless a different limit is shown for the selected vehicle. The vehicle may only be driven by authorized drivers and must be used in accordance with traffic rules and the rental agreement.

5. Insurance and damage

Vehicles include compulsory traffic insurance, rent-a-car cover and theft protection. Driving under the influence, an unauthorized driver, contract violations or damage that is not reported promptly may affect cover. The final scope is stated in the rental agreement.

6. Cancellation and changes

Cancellations reported at least 24 hours before pick-up are free. A one-day rental charge may apply to later cancellations. Date, time or vehicle changes are subject to availability and current pricing.

7. Fines and road charges

Traffic fines, tolls and similar charges incurred during the rental are the responsibility of the renter and may be collected after the rental when notified by the relevant authority.

8. Confirmation

A website request is not a final rental agreement. The booking becomes confirmed after availability, customer information, price and handover details have been checked and accepted.
